1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@novoheaterguard.com or call 248-359-3286 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving our instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please specify this when you contact us. Once the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal items such as heating pads or electric blankets (for hygiene reasons)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Be sure to provide clear photos of the defect or damage when contacting our support team.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
