2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

3. Order Processing Time

🕒 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
📦 Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.


4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

🚚 Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
🎁 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

For international orders, shipping fees vary based on location and selected shipping method. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

📦 Lost/Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@novoheaterguard.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.


7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

📍 Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. NovoHeaterGuard is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
🚫 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
